4. Fees and Payments

• Pay all fees prior to service commencement unless otherwise agreed
• Pay any additional costs incurred due to changes in project scope
• Understand that all payments are non-refundable once work has begun
• Be responsible for any bank or transaction fees
• Pay late fees of 1.5% per month on overdue balances

• We do not guarantee acceptance of documents by third parties
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete client information
• We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality protocols:

• Client documents are stored securely with limited access
• Information is only shared with staff directly involved in processing
• Third-party vendors are bound by confidentiality agreements
• Documents are securely destroyed after retention periods
• Exceptions may apply for legal requirements or safety concerns

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
